  Reliability and preventive measures of PCBA products

  The failure probability of most PCBA products is divided into three stages: early fault period, accidental failure period (service life) and loss failure period. However, if the three-stage tub curve of the PCBA product failure rate is all displayed in the client's use, this will be what the designer and manufacturer are unwilling to see. At the same time, it is also the source of dissatisfaction and complaining about the product, so the goal of reliability is to change the trend of the tub curve and the phase of the fault, all the methods of reliability engineering are all kinds of technical design, analysis and testing which are carried out around the transformation of the bathtub curve.

  I. What is reliability

  Reliability Engineering is the study of PCBA product defects or failure of the occurrence and development of the law, in order to resolve defects and fault prevention and correction, so that the failure or defects do not occur or as little as possible. The specific performance of the following three parts:

  There are generally different reliability methods at each stage of the product lifecycle, and the inverter is briefly described below.

  II. Prevention of early fault period

  Early failure is the product in the initial use of the product failure.
